Can I send a single Bonjoro to a bulk of people?
👎 No, Bonjoro was built to be a unique 1-1 video email. Our hope is that everyone sends every contact in their To-Do list a personal video. We do offer our Premium Account which allows you to send a single video up to 5 contacts.
Can I clear my To-Do list?
👍 We know that sometimes your integration pulls in entire list or your to-do list gets backed up. You can email us, [email protected], and we can bulk dismiss your list.
I want to schedule my Bonjoros to go out at a certain time. Can I automate that?
👎 No, Bonjoro does not offer scheduling of Bonjoros or offer automated sending at a different time. If you don’t have time to record and send, one work around would be to prerecord a Bonjoro and then you can upload it to your contact when you want to send it. I have a Bonjoro stuck in upload mode. What should I do?
👍 If your Bonjoro was recorded on your mobile app while on wifi please try turning your wifi off and tapping the uploading Bonjoro. Leave your app open until it fully uploads.
*Unfortunately, if your Bonjoro has been stuck for more than 3 days we recommend you uninstall then reinstall the app. This will delete the Bonjoro and you will be free to re-record.*
How do I cancel my account?
