Can I send a single Video message to a bulk of people?ย 

๐Ÿ‘ Yes if you use our Roll-ups feature - see here for a max 45 people. ย You can also send messages quickly to 5 people. However, we advise you only use this for low value leads, and we deliver from different IP's so you'll always get better open rates with 1-1.

I want to schedule my messages to go out at a certain time. Can I automate that?

๐Ÿ‘Ž No, at the moment Bonjoro does not offer scheduling of messages or offer automated sending at a different time. If you donโ€™t have time to record and send, one work around would be to prerecord a Bonjoro and then you can upload it to your contact when you want to send it. I have a Video message stuck in upload mode. What should I do?ย 

๐Ÿ‘ If your message was recorded on your mobile app while on wifi please try turning your wifi off and tapping the uploading message. Leave your app open until it fully uploads.
*Unfortunately, if your message has been stuck for more than 3 days we recommend you uninstall then reinstall the app. This will delete the message and you will be free to re-record.*
