When you set up an integration, add a single new customer. or import a list of customers, you choose a team member to assign these tasks to.
Sometimes, you may want some of these customers to go to different team members. There are two ways to assign a Bonjoro to a team member:
In the app
In the platform
Assigning in the app
Click on the contact's task on your tasklist, then click on 'assign' and chose the team member you would like to assign the task to.
Assigning in the platform
Select any task and select the assign button.
The new team member assigned via either method will receive a push notification from the app on their phone that they have a new message to record.
