See when customers have been sent a message, and when these are opened and viewed, directly in your CRM. Probably the most powerful thing we've done yet, a few of the things this will allow you to immediately do:
Track the direct impact of sending messages on churn, retention, or whatever metric you are trying to lift by showing you care.
Link to messages sent to specific customers in your CRM for tracking and reference purposes.
Track response times, view rates, and AB test your personal onboarding.
