Have the perfect video recorded on your phone or computer and want to send as a Bonjoro? Fear not! You can upload a prerecorded video to your Bonjoro account.

**Please note, this must be done on the website. This is not a feature available on the mobile app.**

Okay! Here we go!

1. Make sure the video is downloaded to your computer. 

2. Log into your online Bonjoro account, bonjoro.com and select a customer from your tasklist to send a message to

3. Click record and when the record window pops up, select the "Upload a video instead" down there under the video pane.

NOTE: For smaller screens this may appear below the main record window

4. Select your video from your files and upload. Then fill out your message and hit Send! 

There is a max size of 100MB for your prerecorded video. If you have any issues please reach out to [email protected].
