Part 2 - Track your teams Bonjoro actions & Results in your CRM

See when customers have been sent a Bonjoro, and when these are opened and viewed, directly in your CRM.  Probably the most powerful thing we've done yet, a few of the things this will allow you to immediately do: 

  • Track the direct impact of sending Bonjoros on churn, retention, or whatever metric you are trying to lift by showing you care.
  • Link to Bonjoros sent to specific customers in your CRM for tracking and reference purposes.
  • Track response times, view rates, and AB test your personal onboarding.


N.B. In the video below we set up a Bonjoro > Zapier > Intercom integration - but this can be used as a template for whatever CRM you are using.
