🎥 GoHighLevel + Bonjoro Integration Guide
Connect your GoHighLevel account to Bonjoro in just a few clicks, so you can send personal videos at the perfect moment.
What you'll need
A Bonjoro account
A GoHighLevel account with API access or integration permissions
Basic familiarity with GoHighLevel funnels, pipelines, or campaigns
🚀 Step 1 – Create a new integration
In Bonjoro, go to Integrations → Create new.
This opens the integration builder.
1. Trigger
Select Service: Choose GoHighLevel from the list.
Choose Trigger: Options include:
Contact added
Contact tag updated
📌 Tip: Use tags to trigger video tasks for leads in different stages of your funnel (e.g. lead magnet download, webinar follow-up, new customer welcome)
2. Connect Your GoHighLevel Account
Click Add an Account → enter your API key or follow OAuth prompts.
Click Test to verify the connection.
Once successful, pick your GoHighLevel account and click Continue.
3. (Optional) Filter Your Workflow
Add filters to only trigger Bonjoro tasks for specific contacts (e.g. Country is USA).
4. Action – Create the Bonjoro Task
Select Service: Choose Bonjoro.
Choose Action: Pick Create a Bonjoro video task.
Configure Options:
Attributes: Pull in contact fields from GoHighLevel (like first name, deal value).
Assignee: Assign video tasks to yourself or teammates.
Campaign: Associate tasks with a specific Bonjoro campaign (optional).
Reason: Add context that appears on the contact (e.g. “Applied for Strategy Call”).
Click Continue once required fields are set.
5. Set the Integration Live
Review your trigger, filter, and action.
Click Set Live - your integration is now active!
🎯 How It Works Together
Once live, this integration will automatically create a Bonjoro video task when a contact meets your criteria in GoHighLevel (e.g., books a call, fills a form, reaches a particular stage).
You can then:
Record a personalized video
Send it from your Bonjoro to-do list
Create genuine connections, boost reply rates, and close more deals!
