If Bonjoro is not for you and you would like to delete your account and associated data it is a simple process.
Please email [email protected] with a request in the subject line or email body to delete your Bonjoro account.
Once your email is received we will take the following steps within 30 days:
Delete your Bonjoro account from our database including your name, email address, uploaded contacts, videos and all other account content.
Remove your personal information from the payment records for any paid subscription you had with us. A record of the dollar amounts of the transactions themselves will be retained.
Remove your email address from our CRM and email tools.
Once your account deletion is processed we will not be able to recover any of the above data.
To delete all data contained in and collected by the Bonjoro app on your phone (if installed) please uninstall the Bonjoro App in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or from your phone interface.
