So you've recorded your Video message, hit Send, and now you want to check on your video in your Results page. The video is there but when you hover over it, it says "Encoding". What does that mean?
That means that your video is still uploading to the system and is still in the process of being sent. Have no fear! Your video will send. If you see that your video is still encoding after 5-10 mins let us know and we can take a look. :)
**Please keep in mind that longer videos (anything over 1-2 mins) will take a little longer to load**
